This is one of those: I've always wanted to be able to do it posts.

There are a few songs I've always wanted to be able to play on the drums close to the original but couldn't.

There's just something so challenging there that I could kinda play it, but not quite.

For over two decades, one of such songs for me has been W.A.S.P.'s Scream Until You Like It.

It comes from their Live... In The Raw album, which happens to be the very first heavy metal album I've heard in my life. I got it from my best friend. After many years of studying classical music, it took some getting used to, but the raw energy that this album breathes won over me.

Anyway, this one song I really wanted to conquer. I tried many times. 

And this year, I finally did it.

What I'm really proud of in this recording is that it's all done in a single take, from start to finish. No overdubs and no edits.
