When you are imitating a famous brand in a different industry, you have to weigh in the two factors: will the brand allow you to generate more money than you'll spend on lawyers as you fight this through and will the famous brand owner be able to shut you down in court or will they more likely likely settle for you to disappear. Golden rule here is: don't mess with a giant unless you are sure you can profitably get away with it. An even better rule is shorter: don't use others' famous brands.
