Another iOoops. Can't really blame Apple for not caring enough about their trademarks and IP strategy. It is unfortunate that some national courts sometimes favor local hustlers over well-established international brands. On the other hands, Apple should have known that they'd want to protect the market for accessories, such as leather cases as well.
