Snacks and bar services are what is typically regarded as related products and services. In other words, it is likely that people who know of Billy Goat Tavern, when looking at a pack of Billy Goat potato chips in a store, would consider that there is some link between the two. It's not by accident that the lawsuit contains a whole story of how Billy Goat Tavern brand was born. The point they're going to make is, of all possible names, why did the snacks manufacturer picked the name Billy Goat, if not to take a free ride on the fame of the tavern. We'll see how this is going to play out.
