Trademark News & Screw-ups Canada Revenue Agency corners market on name TED

As I've stated many times, one unique trait of Canada's trademark law regime is that it allows government-controlled entities to trump all other brands through what's called 'official marks'. In my view, this system is extremely unfair and illogical. TED is just another example of why official marks should be done away with.
