CNN wins trademark battle with Indian media firm

I'm sure GNN first thought it was really funny to brand their media business with a logo that is "extremely similar" to CNN's. To me, the real question is not, did they really think they'd get away with it? The
real question is, did this media firm actually have clients who were OK with their media company stealing branding from someone else?
