Trademark News & Screw-ups Counsel in Frooti trademark case in Bombay HC gets suicide threat from defendant

Let's be cynical for a moment. Often, when a potential plaintiff comes to a lawyer, the lawyer would ask, what it is that the plaintiff wants. The plaintiff would often say that they want the defendant to first sincerely apologize and then go burn in hell for all the horrible things they did to the plaintiff. The lawyer would then need to patiently explain that the only remedy the court can award in the best-case scenario would be to make an order for the defendant to stop the infringing activity and to pay some money to the plaintiff. I'm wondering, with my cynic's hat on, whether getting the defendant to commit the threatened suicide would actually be welcomed by the plaintiff. Jokes aside, I don't envy the plaintiff's lawyer who has to deal with this mess!
