Trademark News & Screw-ups Donald Trump 'S***hole President' Toys Might Be a Thing Soon

Let's get political for a moment. Actually, let's not. Regardless of what the trademark applicant thinks of President Trump, regardless of what I think of President Trump, regardless of what you think of President Trump, one thing is certain. The world is polarize over what they think of President Trump. What Florida-based graphic designer named Gaynor Evans-Wilson figured out is that there'd be a LOT of people who would think that by buying whatever dumbass figurines she'd be selling, they'd be making a statement against President Trump. I and Evans-Wilson are probably very far apart in our political views, but I have to give it to her—from the business perspective, she's doing everything right. Trademarking the brand is what will allow her to monetize her idea. I have a suggestion though. She should also trademark the brand in all those countries that President Trump referred to as shitholes and see if she can license the brand to their governments and presidents!
