Trademark News & Screw-ups Dunlap sauce company sues Wendy's for trademark infringement - WEEK

This article was making sense all the way until it named the amount demanded by the sauce company from Wendy's. $75k? Seriously? That's less than they will pay their lawyers to take this case through the court system. How do you catch a huge company with very deep pockets for what looks like outright trademark infringement and sue them for a pocket change?! This is really not s'awesome. We'll see where this goes.
