As it often happens, Canada's got it backward. We need LESS regulation and MORE enforcement. Instead, the government is gladly agreeing with lobbyists advocating to create MORE regulation, introduce artificial limits to IP owners' ability to enforce their rights, and spend taxpayers' money on improving "access for Canadian entrepreneurs to intellectual property legal clinics at universities." Really?
