Trademark disputes between former music band members are usually very nasty. There's so much personal baggage between themâ€”and trademark claims are often just another way to say, "You're not showing enough respect to my legacy" Add to that a myriad of verbal contracts and silent arrangementsâ€”and you get a perfect recipe for an ugly fight. But it generates the PR that the band has long missed.
