Trademarks are different: Jollibee vs. Jolliville. Services are different: restaurants vs. real estate. Plus on top of that, there was a legitimate reason for the real estate firm to choose a name that starts with Jolli: its founder, the night entertainment king, happens to be named Jolly. So no wonder that Jollibee was unsuccessful in challenging that mark.
