I wonder if this is ignorance or arrogance... OK, I get it, you came up with a name you liked and didn't bother to check if someone else had trademarked it. But when you get a demand letter that tells you that yes, the name had already been taken by someone else, you still move forward with your show? This one is bound to settle. The real question is, will it settle in a way that would allow Kendall Jenner to keep the name of her show.
