Trademark News & Screw-ups LeBron James Tried to Trademark 'Taco Tuesday' but Got Swatted Away

LeBron James's lawyers say that they filed the trademark application to prevent getting sued by others who may trademark the term. It's an interesting strategy. But did they really accomplish that? I don't think so. There are still active registered trademarks that can be used to prevent LeBron from doing anything remotely connected to restaurant services and advertising and marketing services.
