Just 4 colors: 1) Where the courts confirmed Louboutin's exclusive trademark rights to the red soles; 2) Where the courts have denied Louboutin's exclusive trademark rights to the red soles; 3) Where a matter is currently pending before the court to decide if Louboutin should have an exclusive trademark to the red soles; 4) Where Louboutin hadn't bothered to ask the local courts to recognize an exclusive trademark rights to the red soles.
