The more valuable your brand, the more unscrupulous leeches it attracts. That's is just the way things are. As useful as trademarks are in combating parasites taking a free ride on your popularity, you still need to employ valuable resources to actually enforce your rights. As tiring as this gets when you notify your legal team of yet another infringement, yet another blatant attempt to steal from you, yet another moron who thinks they'll outsmart the judge,—at some point it just becomes a part of your reality as a successful brand owner and eventually you just go back to the gratitude mode thinking how amazing it is that you were able to create or acquire these valuable assets and that you were able to promptly secure your ownership in them before anyone else did.
