This is another one of the "this surely can't hurt" trademarks. Whether anybody is actually going to remember or want to use the MIAMIRACLE brand next year is unclear. What is certain is that the investment it takes to trademark the brand is negligible while the potential upside if the name sticks are huge. In other words, it's better to regret spending a few thousand dollars on trademarking a useless brand than letting a truly valuable brand slip away when you know you could own it for a few thousand dollars.
