Remember one thing: big guys have resources that small guys don't. I don't only mean money. I mean time. I mean access to good lawyers. I mean manpower to run a company while lawyers are taking care of the legal stuff. Winning a lawsuit is one thing. Staying profitable while being involved in litigation is another. As cynical as it may sound, as a small business, you want no part of litigation experience - even if you're right.
