Trademark News & Screw-ups No aloha? Chicago eatery goes after poke shops for trademark infringement

As Glenn Beck's new book title goes, there are just too many people now who are "Addicted to Outrage." How can someone own this word or that word?! The world is coming to an end!!!! AAHHH!!! Who cares that it's not what trademarks are about and it's not what the trademark owner was trying to enforce. Kudos to Aloha Poke Co. for not caving in and letting the (oh so expected) social outrage to stop them from protecting their valuable brand.
