Trademark News & Screw-ups Penfolds wins trademark battle over ‘squatter’ in China

The interesting thing here is that the victory was not over the name Penfolds, but over its translation into Chinese, Ben Fu, that someone registered to Penfolds' dismay. I wish I could see the logic why some cases go the way of established brands, while some—seemingly very similar (iPhone being a good example)—don't.
