Trademark News & Screw-ups Porsche Wins Suit Over [email protected] Trademark

No surprises there. Minor cosmetic tweaks in spelling will not let you get away with stealing someone else's trademarks. Neither would they get away with M1cros0ft or Gooogle. What's interesting though is that the court came to the conclusion that the likelihood of defendants actually using [email protected] trademark to sell products covered by Porsche's trademarks is to low to warrant granting an injunction.
