Even if they manage to get this trademark registered, the real question is how they are actually going to enforce it. Cruise ships are not exactly consumer goods sold in bulk on the black market. Cruise ships are not built in the U.S. As they enter U.S. ports during normal operation, they are neither imported into nor exported from the U.S. So frankly, I'm not sure what good is the trademark going to be.
