Another one in a series of trademark disputes between an entity that represents a music band and one of the band's ex-members. Dear musicians out there, read my lips: when starting a band, please do yourselves a favor, sign a one-page contract that will say who can use the band name if the band's composition changes. There's no right or wrong way to structure this agreement. The only wrong way is not to have one at all. That's what leads to acrimonious disputes like this. Don't let that happen.
