What exactly is the problem with a co-founder of a company being paid to transfer an asset that the cofounder has retained on the personal side? The only issue I see here is a potential conflict of interest, but it doesn't look like it's there. I think this whole thing is nothing more than just jealousy and vilifying success. Change my mind.
